The CBT Aftercare Group welcomes everyone that has previously attended the CBT Group at the North Simcoe Therapy Network. This group provides support surrounding the concepts discussed during the CBT Group and reviews the chapters of the Mind Over Mood manual. As usual, Sarah Durant and Dr. Ismail will be there to answer any questions that you may have as well as review to any topics or areas of concern that you wish to discuss.
