Virtual or In-Person Appointment Options

Whether you prefer face-to-face interactions or virtual sessions, we’re here to accommodate your needs. Our team is proficient in virtual technologies and eager to assist you in navigating them comfortably.


Fees

Fees are often covered by private insurance. Please inquire if direct billing is available or if invoices must be submitted by clients for reimbursement. Depending on your presenting need, you will be directed to an appropriate service provider within the network.

Individual Psychotherapy (with Registered Psychotherapists)

  • Fees range from $140.00-$195.00 per 50-minute session.

Couples Counselling

  • Fees range from $200.00-$260.00 per 90 per minute session.

Psychiatric Services

To see Dr. Ismail or other Psychiatrists, a referral from a Physician or Nurse Practitioner is required given this is a specialized service for patients with specific needs. Psychiatric visits are covered by OHIP.

The Therapist Interns

Interns may provide psychotherapy, addiction counseling, and mental health support under the clinical supervision of graduate-level clinicians.

A 50-minute session rate is $50.00.

Sometimes private insurance covers such sessions; this is provider-dependent.

First Nations Status Clients

Individual, group and family psychotherapy services for First Nations status clients are covered by NIHB.
