Kundalini Yoga:

Mediation:
Join Gabrielle Sunday mornings at 10:30am for a guided mediation session.
Each week, we explore a variety of techniques, ranging from classic mindfulness practices to Kundalini meditations, chanting, mantras, and other methods designed to connect us with our “wise mind” or higher selves.
Our classes begin with a brief self-check-in, followed by a guided meditation. Afterward, we dedicate time for self-reflection and optional group sharing, allowing space to process and connect.
Kids Yoga ( ages 3-6)
Sunday’s at 11:45am-12:30pm ( 6 week series starting September 22nd).

Registered Massage Therapy:
Tracy is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is a licensed professional who that is trained to manipulate the muscles and soft tissues of the body to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
Painting Afternoons:
Join Nikola for a fun painting afternoon and make your very own masterpiece.
